Treasure Beach Hotel, Treasure Beach

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were dark and depressing, despite being scattered within tropical gardens and next to the two outdoor pools. My room had high ceilings, and the air conditioning was not loud, but unfortunately, there was a non-working AC unit. The service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, although the staff seemed to handle issues like lack of water and internet a bit nonchalantly. The location was great, especially being set right on the beach with a beautiful coastline and garden. The dining options were very good with various choices, but I was surprised by the energy bars for breakfast.

The hotel is a hidden gem nestled within tropical gardens, boasting two outdoor pools. The rooms need improvement in cleanliness and upkeep, as my bed was not made on the second day, and there was a musty smell of mold lingering.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, right on the beach with a heavenly setting. While the rooms were dark and in need of refurbishment, the friendly and welcoming service made up for it. The dining experience offered good choices, and the overall experience was peaceful and convenient.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, the ocean view from my lovely, clean, and very spacious deluxe room was breathtaking. However, the room lacked natural light and air circulation due to the absence of screens on windows or doors, leading to pesky mosquito encounters.

The rooms were spotless and offered an excellent view for sunsets, moonsets, and stargazing, making it a remarkable experience. The service was exceptional, even under challenging conditions, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The dining experience was fabulous, especially on the terrace, with a variety of delicious choices. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
